Integral Builds is a Perth-based paving and landscape construction company built on clarity, care and craft. Family run, locally owned, founded on one belief—that people deserve better than what the industry has been giving them.
Somewhere along the line, many tradies forgot how to ethically trade. They started over-promising and under-delivering. Showing up when they felt like it, not when they said they would. Ignoring calls and leaving homeowners and builders in the dark. How much will it cost?
Honestly, it depends entirely on the scope of your job—the size, the materials, the complexity, and the access to your property all play a role. We don't work off flat square metre rates because every job is genuinely different. What we do is come out, assess the site, understand exactly what you want, and deliver a detailed written quote so you know precisely what you're getting and what it costs. No guessing, no surprises.
Where do you work and how far do you travel?
We're based in Perth and service the full metro area and surrounding rural suburbs. We're also willing to travel regionally across WA under the right conditions. If you're outside the metro area, get in touch and we'll have a conversation about whether it works for both of us.
How long have you been doing this?
Over eight years working hands-on in paving and landscape construction across residential and commercial projects in Perth. Integral Builds was founded to take that experience and build a business with a higher standard than the norm—better communication, better quality, care for the craft, and work that's done properly every time.
Are you insured?
Yes. Integral Builds holds full public liability insurance on every job. You and your property are covered throughout the entire process.
Do you handle materials as well as labour?
Yes. We can manage the full job from start to finish—sourcing and supplying materials, coordinating delivery, and completing all labour on site. If you have a preference for specific materials or suppliers, we're happy to work with you on that. Either way, everything is accounted for transparently in your quote before any work begins.
Do you provide a written quote?
Always. Every job gets a full detailed written quote covering exactly what's being done, the materials being used, the cost, and the terms and conditions. We don't start work until the quote is signed off and a deposit is received. No verbal agreements, no grey areas—everything is clear and agreed upon before a single tool comes out.
Is the quote fixed or can it change?
Your quote is a fixed price. What we quote is what you pay—no hidden costs, no inflated invoices at the end. The only time a price changes is if you decide to add extra work or change materials mid-job. In that case, a formal variation is written up, discussed, and signed off by both parties before any additional work begins. You're always in control.
What does the process look like from first contact to completion?
It starts with a conversation, either through the form on this page or a phone call. From there we organise a site visit to check out your space, understand what you want, and get all our measurements and notes. We then put together a detailed written quote and deliver it to you, usually within a few days to a week. Once you're happy, you sign off and pay a deposit to lock in your spot on the schedule. From there we confirm your start date, show up on time, keep you informed throughout, and don't leave until the job is done properly and the site is clean.
How long will the job take?
That depends on the scope. A small paved patio could be quoted, scheduled, and completed within the same week. A larger backyard transformation could take a week or two to quote properly, another week or two before it's scheduled depending on what's already booked in, and then anywhere from one to three weeks on site to complete. We'll give you a clear timeframe in your quote so you know what to expect from the start.
